Apartment complex in Kill Devil Hills. This real estate development consists of two buildings of five floors each. As subcontractors we installed the siding, also all the exterior trim in PVC and finally the painting.

Apartment complex development in Durham. Two buildings of three stories each, all apartment with balcony. In this project we installed the siding and the trim, first floor whit brick and second and third floor with Fiber Cement Siding.

Apartment complex in Raleigh. Two large buildings of four stories each, all apartment with balcony. In this project we installed the siding on the second, third and fourth floor. The first floor with brick and second floor with brick and Fiber Cement Siding, with an intricate design. Finally painting for siding following the design in white, orange and gray. Amazing combination.

Rental property in Kill Devil Hills. The salty air and dry salt particles carried by the wind accelerate the corrosion process, that was the reason why all the siding nails get rusty and started to create stains on the paint. We removed the paint, sanded the head of all the nails, then we sealed with an anticorrosion product, and at last we sanded again. For the painting we first primed every single stain with rust resistant primer and then we painted the house in pink and the trim in white, a lot of work but the result was amazing. Advise: Choose your nails wisely.
