| We transform the exterior and interior of this rental property. We changed the siding, the exterior trim for windows and door and then painted the whole house in white. Additionally, we wrapped the 6 x 6 columns on the first floor to add an extra element of style to the exterior, everything using PVC trim and molding. In the interior we painted the house in white, repaired the trim and changed all the stairs handrail. |

The treads of the stairs were made in Trex and the risers in PVC for long lasting and enhance its appearance. Also, we removed the wood handrails and then installed the new cable handrail system for decks and stairs. Cable handrail system stands for its great performance in extreme ambiences like ocean front properties, cable is stainless steel, handrail and the posts are made in aluminum with corrosion resistant paint. |
